Every Wednesday, we run 3 groups at St John's Community Centre, Mildenhall.

Hands‑on creative sessions that encourage self‑expression, fine‑motor skills and imaginative thinking. From painting to crafting, each session is designed to be accessible, calming and enjoyable. 

Each week has a new "theme" which will be shared ahead of time on the WHAT'S ON THIS WEEK page & our Social Media pages.

We offer free fresh fruit and water or (no‑added‑sugar) squash at every session.
